Job summary

Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to support our residents and teams. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain patient areas, and uphold infection control standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency required.

• Maintain supplies and upkeep of housekeeping areas efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, and trash removal.
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture.
• Empty ashtrays and clean walls, ceilings, and floors as needed.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Participate in infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Maintain clean maintenance work areas and manage supplies to minimize waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
