Job summary

Avera St. Luke's Eureka Health Care Center is seeking a PRN Day Shift Environmental Services Aide to help maintain a clean, safe patient and common areas environment. Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, offices, lounges, hallways, and lobbies, stocking supplies, and supporting a courteous, responsive team.

Must have a High School diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience preferred. Pay range is $17.50–$21.50 per hour, with CARE values guiding daily work and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and neat environment in patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, elevators and lobby areas.
• Participates in all cleaning activities including dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture and trash disposal.
• Keeps assigned area stocked with supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
• Maintains stock on cleaning carts with wet and dry supplies.
• Maintains good customer relations at all times.
