Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean/neat environment in assigned areas including patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators and lobby areas.
• Participates in dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture and trash removal as assigned.
• Keeps assigned area stocked with supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
• Maintains stock on cleaning carts with wet and dry supplies.
• Maintains good customer relations with patients and staff.
• May sort, wash and deliver linens.
