UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Wisconsin is seeking a Housekeeper to support a clean, safe clinical environment. You will perform cleaning, moving, stocking, waste removal, floor care, and cubicle exchanges, ensuring standards of hygiene and aesthetics are met.

The role requires the ability to read and write English, basic arithmetic, and good customer service. Previous healthcare cleaning experience is preferred; High School diploma or GED is desired.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English and interpret measuring and hazard instructions on labels.
• Must be able to do basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, moving, stocking, waste and recycling removal, floor care, and exchanging cubicles.
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment with maximum cleanliness and hygiene.
• Demonstrate physical and mental ability to perform duties as required.

The Housekeeper position is responsible for a variety of duties such as; cleaning, moving, stocking, waste and recycling removal, floorcare, and exchanging cubicles. The housekeeper must have the ability to perform a wide variety of duties to maintain an environment that is aesthetically pleasing while maintaining maximum bacteriological control. Housekeepers must have the physical and mental ability to perform tasks related to the position.
