Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Wilmington, DE is seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift. You will lead nursing operations during your shift, ensure patient safety, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift, 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation: Salaried

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
