Regency Hospital - Cleveland East is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) for night shifts in Warrensville Heights, OH. The role focuses on resource management, team leadership, and ensuring policy adherence in a high-acuity post-ICU setting.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team, provide clinical guidance, and drive continuous improvement while benefiting from a robust orientation, leadership development programs, and a comprehensive benefits package. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitoring the workplace to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.

Minimum Qualifications:
