Job summary

Regency Hospital - Cleveland West is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our acute care team on a full-time basis, with 12-hour shifts. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate depending on experience.

As an RN, you will perform admissions, assessments, documentation, and patient/family counseling, while supporting rapid response and code events. We provide comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth through education and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license for Ohio.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Full-time schedule with 12-hour shifts and on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Regency Hospital - Cleveland West

Schedule: Full Time, 12-hour shifts

Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 for Days, $18,000 for Nights

Hourly Rate: $41 - $51 per hour, depending on years of experience

Shift Differences: Shift diffs for nights and weekends
