Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN is seeking a House Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (7pm - 7am). The role includes leadership responsibilities, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a post-ICU setting.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including career growth opportunities and PTO. Minimum qualifications include an RN license with BLS and ACLS; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
