Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Charleston is hiring a House Supervisor RN to lead nursing operations during night shifts in a high-acuity post-ICU setting.

Responsibilities include staffing, resource management, and ensuring policy adherence while supporting staff and patient families. BLS/ACLS required; five years in critical care and management are preferred, BSN encouraged. Sign-on bonus of $15,000 available.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
