Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in St. Charles, MO is seeking a House Supervisor RN for night shifts. The role focuses on leadership, resource management, and clinical oversight within a critical care post-ICU setting.

Qualified candidates have a valid RN license, BLS/ACLS, and preferably 5 years in critical care with management aspirations. Offers sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Compensation: $90,000-$125,000 based on years of experience
