Select Specialty Hospital Vic Village in Columbus, OH seeks a House Supervisor RN to lead night shift operations, manage resources, and support interprofessional teams ensuring quality post-ICU care. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and staff development in a busy inpatient setting.

Minimum RN license required with BLS/ACLS; 5 years critical care experience preferred, BSN preferred. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and strong career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Schedule: Full Time / 12-Hour Shifts / Nights

Compensation: $84,700-$107,000 Yearlybased on years of experience
