Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - West TN in Jackson, TN is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing teams on 12-hour shifts. You will manage resources, ensure quality patient care, and uphold policy compliance in a high-acuity setting.

The role offers full-time hours with strong onboarding, tuition assistance, and opportunities for advancement through clinical ladders and certifications such as PCCN and CCRN.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient‑specific and facility‑wide needs, while also improving operations.
