Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Tallahassee is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to lead patient care during the night shift in Tallahassee, FL. You will supervise resources, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering high-quality critical-care support to post-ICU patients.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS at hire, and preferred five years in critical care with management experience.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
