Chimes Delaware Brand in Seaford, DE seeks a hands-on Residential Home Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with agency standards. This role focuses on quality of life for residents and sound program management.

You will coordinate training, manage budgets and supplies, handle emergencies, transport residents, and contribute to IP planning and regulatory documentation. Training is provided for disability services, but experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs
• Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record (3 years with ≤3 points or 2 years clean)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes, ensuring compliance with agency standards
• Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals
• Monitor medication and service records; conduct audits and report errors
• Ensure financial management, including budgeting, petty cash, and supplies
• Coordinate staff training; participate in IP planning; ensure quality activities for residents
• Manage emergency situations and maintain home and vehicle safety
• Transport residents and manage household shopping
• Maintain regulatory documentation
• Attend and conduct meetings, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned

Salary: $52,000

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
