Chimes International LTD in Seaford, DE is seeking a Residential Home Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential homes. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure medication and service records compliance, and manage budgets and supplies.

You will coordinate staff training, participate in IP planning, and ensure residents’ activities are safe, engaging, and compliant with regulations. This role is on-site Mon-Fri with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Disability services experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs safely.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record requirements.

Salary: $52,000

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes, ensuring compliance with agency standards.

Supervise and train staff, including Direct Support Professionals.

Monitor medication and service records, conducting audits and reporting errors.

Ensure financial management, including budgeting, petty cash, and supplies.

Coordinate staff training, participate in IP planning, and ensure quality activities for residents.

Manage emergency situations and maintain home and vehicle cleanliness and safety.

Transport residents, manage household shopping, and maintain regulatory documentation.

Attend and conduct meetings, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required-we train!)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license - Meet one of the following driving record requirements? At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points, or At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
