Red River Human Services Foundation is seeking an energetic House Coordinator to lead supervisory and administrative duties, provide direct support, and guide DSP staff in delivering person-centered services. The role requires knowledge of HCBS regulations, strong communication, and teamwork within a collaborative team.

You will work across shifts, support program planning, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be familiar with personnel policies, active supports, HCBS regulations, and other regulatory bodies.
• Able to flex schedule and work various shifts.
• Will supervise DSPs and handle administrative duties; interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory and administrative duties and collaborate with the team on programming.
• Provide direct support hours as needed.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Develop and implement effective programming with the team.
