Job summary

RISE is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee Home and Community Based Services and Managed Care programs. This is a safety-sensitive role that provides leadership to Direct Support Professionals and supports the people and families served.

The coordinator will manage program records, payroll and billing documentation, ensure licensing and contractual compliance, and build partnerships with clients, guardians, and funding agencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HCBS programs by implementing RISe mission, vision and values.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) staff.
• Establish partnerships with clients, families/guardians and funding agencies.
• Oversee and manage details of company and program records.
• Complete and maintain payroll and billing documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure programs meet licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance.
