Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group, North America’s largest independent fuels delivery and bulk liquids carrier, seeks an Hours of Service Analyst to support regulatory compliance and partner with operations to ensure loads are managed safely and on time. You will provide guidance on on-board computer usage, audit software for FMCSA compliance, maintain records, and prepare coaching materials.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and at least six months in an office environment; proficiency

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, team oriented and task focused.
• 6+ months experience working in an office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proper use of on-board computers and established communication.
• Audit third-party software for FMCSA compliance and company policy adherence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems.
• Prepare and distribute review correspondence and coaching materials.
• Assist field staff with Hours of Service inquiries via phone, email or flyers.
