Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in supervising operations during shifts, driving sales, guest service and people development. The Shift Manager ensures smooth shifts by managing restaurant teams and guests and delivering operational excellence.

Across four levels, shifts require full certification (Shift Leader training path and ServSafe). Responsibilities include inventory and cash control, waste tracking, table visits, coaching teams, maintaining

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

Maintains inventory through daily and weekly inspections.
Manages cash control and counts cash at shift changes and closing.
Tracks and records waste.
Conducts table visits to engage guests.
Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
Fixes bottlenecks, calls chicken drops, and monitors speed of service.
Ensures product quality and adherence to standards on the shift.
Coaches and develops team members at each station including LTOs.
Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed targets.
Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
Ensures the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
