• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory through daily and weekly inspections.
• Manages cash control and counts cash at shift changes and closing.
• Tracks and records waste.
• Conducts table visits to engage guests.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Fixes bottlenecks, calls chicken drops, and monitors speed of service.
• Ensures product quality and adherence to standards on the shift.
• Coaches and develops team members at each station including LTOs.
• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed targets.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
