Burger King in Missoula, MT is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a shift of Team Members and support the RGM and AM in delivering sales, profitability and quality guest service during busy hours.

You will manage cash control, inventory, and shift plans, mentor teammates, and ensure fast, accurate food preparation and on-time service while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Follows cash control and security procedures and maintains inventory.
• Directs team to deliver fast, friendly service and clean surroundings.
• Coaches Team Members to raise restaurant performance and capabilities.
• Directs shift plan execution and ensures timely preparation and sale of products.
• Maintains brand and operational standards across the shift.
