Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
• 1–2 years of quick service experience
• Understanding of guest service principles
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members during shifts to meet service standards
• Direct production and sale of products ensuring speed of service
• Motivate and manage team on each workstation
• Review restaurant results and identify improvement opportunities
• Uphold operational and brand standards
