Job summary

Burger King in Bismarck, ND is seeking an energetic Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant team during assigned shifts, drive profitability, guest service excellence, and smooth daily operations.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure prime food quality and timely service while upholding brand standards. This role requires availability evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Directs a shift of Team Members to meet sales, guest service and operation goals.
• Supports RGM and AM in managing operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensures proper execution of shift plan and profitability targets.
• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Motivates Team Members across workstations during shifts.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements and ensure brand standards.
• Maintains inventory control and follows cash procedures.
