Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Hourly Assistant Manager in Florida to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability. You will manage a team of 20-45 employees, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities include inventory control, asset management, and enforcing cash security procedures while coaching staff and maintaining brand standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, experience in management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs inventory management and conducts daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders.
• Maintains and monitors a list of restaurant assets.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Motivates team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Directs restaurant team toward efficient prep and prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when required.
