Job summary

MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an On Call Workforce Management Specialist to manage high-volume scheduling, ensure accurate timekeeping for employees, and collaborate with leaders to meet staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills. The starting rate is $22.50 per hour, with daily scheduling tasks, leave management, and KPI tracking integral to the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high-volume daily scheduling tasks, including managing leave requests and callouts.
• Serve as SME on Workforce Management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create scheduling solutions reflecting current business demands and exceptions.
• Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models.
• Identify best practices to balance staffing with labor agreements and ensure compliant scheduling.
• Track, monitor, and communicate system issues and downtime.
• Manage KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT daily/weekly/monthly.
