Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Van Driver to support guest services and bell operations. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and deliver items to guest rooms, while maintaining a clean lobby and baggage area.

The role supports the front desk and PBX with directions and guest inquiries. The position requires flexibility due to 24/7 operations, including variations in shift times and days.

Responsibilities

• Open & close vehicle doors for guests.
• Check guest luggage for day and overnight visits.
• Assist guests with storing and retrieving their luggage, including from their vehicle.
• Use bell carts to transfer luggage and packages to and from rooms, vehicles, and loading areas.
• Assist guests with storing and retrieving their luggage from the vehicle.
• Maintain and clean the designated lobby station and baggage room.
• Keep lobby area and front exterior/interior of the hotel neat and clean at all times.
• Stand by to greet and welcome guests to the hotel.
• Provide travel directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and services.
• Answer phones to assist PBX/Guest Calls.
