Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's Hotel Van Driver role supports guest services by maintaining the bell station, greeting guests, handling luggage, and delivering items to rooms.

You will assist front desk with directions, answer calls, and ensure lobby areas are neat while upholding safety procedures. This position requires proactive teamwork and a courteous, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Open and close vehicle doors for guests.
• Check guest luggage for day and overnight visits.
• Assist guests with storing and retrieving luggage from the vehicle.
• Utilize bell carts to transfer luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and loading areas.
• Maintain and clean the designated lobby station and baggage room.
• Ensure lobby area and front exterior/interior are neat and clean at all times.
