Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Hotel Bell Driver to assist guests, manage luggage, greet visitors and support the front desk across a 24/7 operation. The role emphasizes proactive service, safety, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will open doors, help guests with directions, store luggage, and deliver items to rooms while maintaining a neat appearance and complying with all policies. Flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or bell/valet operations is a plus.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and directions and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Open & close vehicle doors for guests.
• Check guest luggage for day and overnight visits.
• Assist guests with storing/retrieving luggage from vehicles or rooms.
• Utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages.
• Maintain lobby and baggage room cleanliness and appearance.
• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions.
• Answer phones and assist PBX/Guest calls.
• Restock supplies at front desk, business center, and grab-and-go.
• Report emergencies, accidents, hazards, and property issues to management.
• Maintain neat, groomed appearance and adhere to policies.
• Assist other front desk staff as needed.
