Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and directions.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open & close vehicle doors for guests.
• Check guest luggage for day and overnight visits.
• Assist guests with storing/retrieving luggage from their vehicle.
• Transfer luggage using bell carts to rooms or loading areas.
• Maintain lobby station and baggage room cleanliness.
• Greet guests and provide travel directions and local recommendations.
• Answer PBX/guest calls and restock front desk supplies.
• Report emergencies and safety hazards to management.
