Job summary

Extended Stay America in Burr Ridge, IL seeks a Team Lead to partner with the GM in daily hotel operations, driving revenue, controlling costs, and delivering 100% guest satisfaction. You will mentor hourly associates, enforce brand standards, and ensure safety procedures are followed to maximize GOP and EBITDA.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills for guests and staff.
• Experience operating a property management system.
• Ability to supervise 8–15 hourly associates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assists the GM in driving revenue, reducing costs and increasing satisfaction.
• Trains associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Ensures safety and security procedures are followed.
