Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations and guest satisfaction. You will resolve guest and associate issues, train staff on standards, and oversee daily activities to improve efficiency and profitability in property management. You may assume GM responsibilities when needed.

This role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and driving initiatives to increase revenue while maintaining GOP targets.

Formación

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Promote 100% guest satisfaction and assist GM with operations.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor guest balances and issue refunds as needed.
• Drive revenue while controlling costs and maintaining budgets.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Provide front-line supervision for 8–15 hourly associates.
