Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in running daily hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction. You will supervise hourly associates, train staff on standards, and help manage revenue and budget targets while enforcing safety policies.

You will resolve guest issues, support operations, and act as GM when needed. A strong focus on teamwork and professional customer service is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support associates to meet revenue, cost, and GOP targets.
• Train staff on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold safety and policy compliance at the hotel level.
• Monitor guest balances and assist with refunds as needed.
• Support daily hotel operations and vendor management.
