Job summary

Extended Stay America in Kennesaw, GA seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction. The TL may assume GM responsibilities when needed and must uphold safety and company standards.

You will supervise 8 to 15 hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, handle guest issues, and support local sales efforts to improve occupancy and GOP.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to supervise 8-15 hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with hotel operations to improve KPIs.
• Resolve guest and associate issues; ensure safety and security.
• Provide training to associates on brand standards.
