Associa is seeking a Housekeeper with a focus on common areas to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests. Tasks include daily cleaning, trash removal, and light detailing across lobby and amenity spaces.

The role emphasizes consistent presentation in high-traffic areas, event support, and coordination with management on supply inventory and maintenance reporting. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, safety rules, and reporting.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms).
• Trash removal from common areas and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Monitor high-traffic areas for consistent presentation throughout the day.
• Light detailing: glass cleaning, dusting, and floor care.
• Support event setup and cleanup in amenity spaces as needed.
• Coordinate with management for supply inventory and report maintenance concerns.
