Job summary

Associa is seeking a Housekeeper in Lincoln, NH to maintain clean facilities and stock restrooms. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a part-time schedule of 20–25 hours per week with morning to midafternoon shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities include trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and ensuring supplies are stocked. The candidate should have basic maintenance knowledge and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of related or closely related experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements and safety.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping functions, including emptying trash and stocking towels/soap.
• Empties used towel bins and coordinates with laundry.
• Cleans assigned areas—furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, blinds.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; cleans restrooms and break areas.
• Cleans restrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Performs general cleaning and event setups.
• Collects and removes trash and recyclables.

Part time 20-25 hours per week.
Morning to midafternoon to include weekends.

The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping buildings clean by picking up trash, sweeping, and mopping,as well as cleaning bathrooms and ensuring they are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, andsoap.

• Performs housekeeping functions, including emptying trash receptacles, wiping down counters, stocking towels and shower products.
• Empties used towel bins to be sent to the laundry.
• Clean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas.
• Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies.
• Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting,regulations, etc.)
• Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
• Knowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades.
• Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
