Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floors and public spaces, assist Room Attendants, and support Laundry needs. You will ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and pool areas as assigned, while greeting guests warmly and using knowledge of local area information.

The role requires basic English, team collaboration, and the ability to work flexible shifts and holidays; prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and holidays.
• Experience in housekeeping or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Maintain public areas and restrooms; transport trash to disposal area.
• Stock linen and room supplies; assist with heavy lifting.
• Assist with pool area cleaning as applicable; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide friendly greeting and information to guests; respond to needs within 10 minutes.
