Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across residential units, offices and common areas. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; training will cover safety standards and community expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years professional housekeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of offices, apartment units, laundry rooms, fitness center, retail space and common areas.
• Clean bathrooms in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors.
• Spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trashcans.
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.
• Assist with picking up trash throughout the week.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and housewares.
• Maintain proper utility settings in vacant units, per community standards.
• Report service requests or pertinent information to management.
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as directed to ensure efficient operation.
• Participate in weekly on-call duties when necessary.
• Maintain a positive work environment with team members, residents, customers, vendors, and management.
• Participates in Cardinal U as required.
