Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a housekeeping support role. You will assist room attendants by delivering and removing linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, and maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and service areas.

Responsibilities include linen sorting, responding to guest requests, reporting safety hazards, and supporting deep cleaning projects. A high school diploma is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Housekeeping or hospitality experience helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by delivering and removing linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, restrooms, and service areas.
• Collect, sort, and distribute soiled and fresh linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support other departments as needed.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest floors and service closets regularly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Support deep cleaning projects, furniture moves, and special housekeeping assignments.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
