Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior experience in a similar position dealing with the general public.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors surveillance cameras as assigned.
• Patrol the property and document all actions.
• Investigate duress alarms and comply with respective procedures.
• Respond to guest/employee accidents promptly and follow departmental procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and hotel reports/documents.
