Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in hotel security or a related field.
• Must effectively communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and written.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments to ensure security protocol compliance.
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle problems with discretion.
• Crisis management experience is preferred.
