The position requires at least 5 years in hotel security, fluency in English and Spanish preferred, and a proven ability to manage staff, coordinate with authorities, and maintain clear incident reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel security or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security aspects of daily hotel operations.
• Supervise and train security personnel.
• Develop and implement security plans to protect assets and people.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain reports and inform supervisor of issues.
• Build relationships with government and law enforcement partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and requisition procedures.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed.
• Lead departmental and hotel security trainings.
