Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel security or related field.
• Military or law enforcement preferred but not required.
• English and Spanish communication required.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all security operations at the hotel.
• Supervise and train security staff.
• Develop and implement security plans to protect assets and guests.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints.
• Keep supervisors informed of problems requiring attention.
• Maintain relationships with government and law enforcement partners.
• Prepare and submit required security reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and requisition procedures.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed.
• Participate in departmental and hotel training.
