Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel security.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate with all hotel departments.
• Crisis management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security aspects of the daily operation of the hotel.
• Supervise and train security personnel.
• Develop and implement security plans and policies to protect assets and people.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain supervisor informed of all problems requiring attention.
• Coordinate with government and law enforcement partners as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports timely.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and requisition procedures.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed.
• Participate in departmental and hotel training.
