Job summary

Courtyard-By-Marriott is seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to drive revenue for assigned segments and support guest experience across operations. You will maintain sales initiatives, prospect new accounts, and set appointments while collaborating with the Director of Sales and operations teams.

The role requires 1+ year in hotel sales, degree preference, and experience with Delphi tools; strong communication and professional demeanor are essential in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-year minimum experience in hotel sales preferred.
• Preferred experience with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to actively support operational teams.
• Proactive sales strategies through direct sales calls and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation for segments assigned by Director of Sales.
• Maintain compliance and stay up to date on new sales initiatives.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
• Represent the property professionally in the local community.
• Review and act on daily sales reports and Delphi traces.
• Enter all sales activities daily into Delphi; pursue leads and booked opportunities.
• Research and prospect leads as assigned; set appointments and tours.
