Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of hotel sales experience preferred.
• Experience with major brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood) preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to support operational teams and maintain sales documentation.
• Ability to make revenue management decisions to grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and revenue generation for segments assigned.
• Maintain compliance and stay up to date on new sales initiatives for the brand(s) and company.
• Maintain relationships with the management company, property owners, and clients.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
• Act as the face of the properties by being actively involved in the local community.
• Enter all sales activities daily into Delphi accurately.
