Job summary

Hilton/Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to drive revenue for two or more properties within the Wildwood/Lady Lake market. You will support the sales team, maintain client relationships, and participate in weekly revenue strategy and Delphi-based activity reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Sales/Market Director of Sales, you will prepare for group blocks, attend training, and contribute to budget discussions while upholding McKibbon’s Guiding Principles of

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-year minimum experience in hotel sales preferred.
• Preference for experience with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt or Starwood.
• Ability to meet sales goals and support operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and revenue generation for segments assigned by the DOS/Market DOS.
• Maintain relationships with management company, owners, and clients.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
• Enter sales activities daily into Delphi with accuracy.
• Research and prospect leads to secure bookings.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and revenue generation calls.
