Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator in Savannah to drive revenue and manage sales activities for assigned segments. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales, maintain client relationships, and support guest satisfaction across operations.

The role requires a proactive sales mindset, ability to meet goals, and comfort with Delphi-based activity tracking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-year minimum experience in hotel sales preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and support operational teams.
• Experience with Delphi is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation for segments assigned by the Director of Sales.
• Maintain compliance and up-to-date on new sales initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with management company, property owners, and clients.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
• Enter all sales activities daily into Delphi.
• Research and prospect leads as assigned and set appointments.
