Job summary

The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive group business and revenue for the Brookline area. You will actively solicit accounts, set meetings, and lead direct sales while maintaining client relationships and ensuring top-tier service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hotel sales, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue goals. Flexibility for weekends and events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a hotel/resort environment.
• Salesforce (Delphi) experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify revenue opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays for events.

Responsibilities

• Make personal visits to target companies and associations in the market.
• Book meetings, conferences, and social guests from assigned areas.
• Dedicate majority of time to direct telephone sales.
• Rework old accounts and solicit new ones.
• Respond to correspondence and set follow-ups.
• Set up site inspections and follow through.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain relationships with corporate and association planners.
• Develop new accounts and stay current on industry trends.
• Meet sales goals as directed by leadership.
