• Develop and implement sales solicitation activities to secure new and repeat business from target market segments.
• Lead by example in exceeding client acquisition, revenue, and market share goals.
• Cultivate and activate key sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve financial targets.
• Create tailored proposals and contracts that benefit both the hotel and the client.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and business plans with Sales & Marketing leadership and General Manager.
• Coordinate with Revenue Manager to maximize revenue opportunities and performance.
• Support operations in executing group and VIP events and agreements.
