HHM Hotels is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive group and Business Transient sales, building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will negotiate terms, close sales, and coordinate multi-department service to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires field travel, strong presentation skills, and a proven sales track record in hospitality. A degree in hospitality is preferred, with potential for growth into senior leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in sales and hospitality sales preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Ability to develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships within Group and BT markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive group room revenue.
• Promote hotel occupancy and overall revenue performance.
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting targets.
• Travel locally for outside calls and represent hotel at trade shows.
