Generator is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with Group sales background to lead the team in New York. You will drive Group opportunities, manage key accounts, and represent the Generator brand across regional markets.

Ideal candidates have a proven hospitality group sales background and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the energy to win new business and raise the profile of our properties in the region.

Qualifications

• Hospitality group sales experience in premium or lifestyle brands.
• Strong ability to spot and win new group business opportunities.
• Proven track record in building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on attitude with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and maximise Groups opportunities.
• Proactively seek and secure new business across key markets.
• Build long-term, commercially beneficial relationships with clients.
• Report on account and personal performance in a timely, professional manner.
• Plan and manage a proactive and efficient sales calendar.
